Our irrigation winterization season is closed. Please come back in the spring to sign up for backyard irrigation startup!
*Note: Front yard irrigation startup is already included in your HOA dues.
Irrigation Winterization:

- You do not need to be home for this service
- Please let us know if your valve box is located behind a locked gate
- Involves hooking compressor up to valves that service your backyard
- Prevents expensive freeze damage
- Extends the life of your irrigation system
- Provides peace of mind before the first hard freeze (several days in a row where the day time temps do not get above freezing)
- If you are not sure if you have separate valves for your backyard, please CALL or EMAIL and we can let you know if you need to sign up: services@klmbend.com
